  7. Add the beans powder and stir. Let it cook for about 15mins
  8. Pour in your meat, stockfish, dried or smoked fish.
  9. Add your crayfish and taste for salt and seasoning and add accordingly if need be.

    NB: Be careful of the quantity of salt. Beans can get salty easily
  10. Pour in your chopped vegetables (ugwu and uziza). Or any vegetable of your choice

    Your food should be ready in 3-5mins after this.
  11. Serve with any swallow of your choice ☺️
