Add mayonnaise, chopped green chilli,chilli flakes,oregano,black pepper powder,chaat masala and salt to taste.Mix all till well combined. The filling for sandwich is ready.
- For green chutney : Add chopped coriander in a blender jar.Add ginger garlic paste, tamarind chutney, lemon juice,green chilli,salt to taste and namkeen sev or roasted peanuts. Sprinkle a tbsp of water and grind to a fine paste. Green chutney is ready.
- Lightly butter on both sides of bread. Smear green chutney on one slice and tomato ketchup on another slice.Add 2 tbsp of mayonnaise mixed vegetables on one slice and lightly press the other slice on it.Heat a grill pan and toast the bread.When one side is done,flip and toast pressing it lightly on the grill till the other side is light brown and crispy.
