- 1 Onion sliced
- 2 Tomato
- 5-8 Cashew nuts
- 75-80 gram Curd

- Now transfer in a bowl add all seekh masala and salt in it and mix well
- Now take skeevers and arrange the mutton mix as seekh kabab in the skewers
- Now pour butter in grilled pan and grilled it till half done
- When done keep aside
- First roast the onion till it soft add cashew nuts and fry both
- Now separate from hot oil to cool
- When it's cool add tomato and curd and make paste and keep aside it
- Now again heat oil add whole masala and roast for 10 seconds
- Now add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute
