  2. 1/2 cup semolina (suji)
  3. 1 tsp baking soda
  4. 1 pinch salt
  5. 1/2 cup+ 2 tablespoon ghee
  6. 1/2 cup powdered Sugar/bura /jaggery powder
  7. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  8. as required dry fruits of your choice

  2. Divide the dough into small balls. Take one part roll in between your palm and flatten it. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and bake the bati in it placing on a grill rack for 20 -25 minutes.
  3. When the churma balls puff up with cracks and turns slightly brown and crisp,take them out and cool it at room temperature.
  4. Break the balls into smaller pieces. Add into the mixture grinder and grind coarse.
  5. Take it out in a bowl. Now pour warm ghee over it. Add cardamom powder and dry fruits of your choice.
    Mix well and serve.
  6. This can be stored in a tight airtight container for 2 days.
