  9. 2 Tbsp mustard oil
  10. 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
  11. 2 Tbsp hung curd
  12. as needed Salt
  13. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  15. 1 tsp cumin powder
  16. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  17. 1/2 tsp Black salt
  18. Pinch kasoori Methi
  19. as required Charcoal
  20. as required Ghee
  21. as per need Oil
  22. as per need Melted butter
  23. For Makhni Gravy
  24. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  25. 2 Tbsp oil
  26. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  27. 1 large onion sliced
  28. 1 large tomato cubed
  29. 1 bay leaf
  30. 3-4 green cardamoms
  31. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  32. 3-4 green chillies chopped
  33. 3-4 Kashmiri whole red chilli
  34. 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  35. 4-5 cashew nuts
  36. as Few coriander leaves stems
  37. 4-5 garlic cloves
  38. 1 ” ginger chopped
  39. as required Salt
  40. 1 cup water
  41. For Onion Tomato Masala Gravy
  42. 1 large onion chopped
  43. 1 large tomato chopped
  44. 3-4 green chillies chopped
  45. 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
  46. 2-3 garlic cloves chopped
  47. 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chilli powder
  48. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  49. 1 tsp coriander powder
  50. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  51. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  52. Sprig coriander leaves chopped
  53. as required Ghee
  54. 2 Tbsp cream
  55. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  56. 1 Tbsp honey
  57. as per taste Salt
  58. as per taste For Garnish - Kasoori Methi powder, chopped coriander leaves, cream

Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Masala

  1. Cut the boneless things into 2” cubes. For first marination put in a bowl and add the chicken pieces, ginger garlic paste, salt, lime juice, Kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix and set aside for 15 mins
  2. For second marination in a bowl add mustard oil, Kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, Chaat Masala, black salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder, Hung curd, kasoori Methi and mix well. Set the marination for 30 minutes at least
  3. Put them in sheikhs and put oil in a grilling pan. Grill them well, add melted butter on it. Set aside and place a charcoal in a bowl, add ghee and place on the Chicken Tikka bowls and cover for a smoky effect. Chicken Tikka is done. Set aside the marination gravy.
  4. For Makhni Gravy - in a pan heat oil and add bay leaf, cumin seeds, green cardamoms, stir for few seconds, add sliced onion and on medium flame cook to get colour. Add cubed tomatoes, garlic cloves, ginger chopped, Kashmiri red chilli powder, whole Kashmiri red chillies, turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves stems, cashew nuts, hot water and mix everything very well.
  5. Cover to cook for 20 mins. Keep stirring in between, set aside, extract the bay leaf and cool completely.
  6. Add to a blender and make a purée, set aside
  7. For Onion Gravy Masala - in a pan heat ghee and oil, add cumin seeds, stir for few seconds, add chopped garlic, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, chopped green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam Masala powder, salt. Add 1/4 cup water. Mix well, add chopped coriander leaves. Add cream and mix well. Add kasoori Methi and mix well.
  8. Add Chicken Tikkas and mix well. Set aside
  9. Garnish with Kasoori Methi, chopped coriander leaves and cream
  10. Plate with Paratha or Roti and enjoy
