- Cut the paneer to 1/2" pieces. Coat them with a tsp of oil and grill them for 8 minutes. Alternately you can deep fry or shallow fry them in oil. I prefer to grill it to keep it healthy.


- Wash clean and chop the cabbage small. Heat the oil in a pan. Add jeera, when it splutters add haldi, hing, ginger paste and onions.


- Add the mutter and cook it covered for 2 minutes. The mutter will start popping. Then add the cabbage and mix well.

- Add garam masala powder, dhania powder, chilli powder and salt. Cook it closed for 10 minutes mixing in between.

- Add the grilled paneer and and half cup water. Again cook it covered for 3-4 minutes until the paneer is cooked and absorbs all the aroma.


- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve 😋
