- Once liquid mixture has begun to simmer add the shredded cheese one scoop/spoonful at a time. Stir constantly to incorporate cheese into mixture. As cheese melts add another scoop and continue.
- Once all shredded cheese has been added stir until smooth.
- Once smooth add the Brandy/juice, Dijon mustard, and nutmeg. Stir until fully incorporated.
