  5. 2 cups water
  6. 1 lemongrass, take the white part only, pounded
  7. 2 Indonesin bay leaves
  8. 1 pandan leaf
  9. 1 tsp salt or to taste

  1. Soak rice with water, turmeric water, and turmeric powder for an hour.
  2. Add coconut milk, pandan leaf, lemongrass, Indonesian bay leaves, and salt.
  3. Push the cooking button on the rice cooker.
  4. When cooking button is up, open the rice cooker lid and stir the rice well. Place the lid back and let the rice stay in the rice cooker for a while until it’s completely cooked.
