- Cube paneer into 1/2 inch thick pieces.Cube the bell pepper.Cube onion and separate layers.Cube and deseed tomato. In a mixing bowl add gramflour,cornflour,mustard oil,and other masalas.Add crushed kasoori methi,ajwain, hung curd,ginger garlic paste,pinch of orange red food colour(optional),chaat masala, tandoori masala and salt to taste.Mix very well and marinate paneer and vegetables for an hour.
