  1. First, place a cast iron pan or griddle on the bbq. You can do this indoors, but this creates a lot of smoke so I recommend the BBQ. Preheat BBQ and cast iron pan to a high heat.
  2. Next, dice, slice and prep your toppings. Set aside.
