  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Remove the tofu and place on a baking sheet.  Bake until the outside of the tofu is golden and the pieces look slightly puffed, 20 to 30. Toss the tofu every 10 minutes so the pieces bake evenly.
  4. Remove the bell peppers and pearl onions from the bag and reserve the marinade.
  5. Thread the tofu, bell peppers, and pearl onions onto skewers.  Grill over medium heat until tofu is firm and vegetables are tender (8-10 minutes), turning and basting with the marinade once halfway through grilling.
  6. Serve over steamed rice.
