  2. Slice the cheese very thin (this will melt quickly on the sandwich)
  3. Wash and cut mushrooms
  4. After mushrooms are cut add to a zip lock bag or a bowl season it with some Olive oil and blackstone Parmesan ranch seasoning or just salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder/ whatever seasoning you want. This can now be refrigerated for a prep ahead.
  5. Before sautéing or adding anything to the blackstone cut all bread to Desire thickness and butter one side of each bread. (make sure you have 2 slices Per sandwich)

    Heat blackstone to low - medium heat for sautéed mushrooms and spinach (zone one)
  6. Pre heat Zone two low heat to make the sandwich,
  7. Start by sautéing mushrooms and the mushrooms are just about where you want them and just about done add in the spinach keep moving on the griddle so spinach does not stick when done move to the other side of the griddle zone 4 thats not hot )
  8. Zone two should have the butter side down on the bread when sautéing mushrooms at the same time checking on bead only cook one side of the sandwich so only half of all the bread should be down. When done move to side of blackstone thats not on (zone 4 along by the mushrooms)
  9. Scrape grill if needed where you did the first set of toast at (zone 2)
  10. Add butter side down on zone 2 add cheese to all bread then add mushrooms mixture to all bread then top with cheese again then toasted side up add the already toasted bread to the top
  11. May need to flip to melt cheese on both sides. And it’s done
