- 1/2 tsp Granulated Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Granulated Onion Powder

- 2 (15 oz) Cans Enchilada Sauce
- 2 (4 oz) Cans Hatch Green Chilies
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin

- Warmed 6"Or 12" Flour Tortillas
- Firm Chopped Vidalia Onions
- Firm Chopped Red Onions
- Extra Firm Chopped Tomatoes
- Fresh Chopped Green Onions

- Fresh Thin Sliced Lettuce
- Sliced Radishes
- Mexican 3 Cheese

- Red Salsa
- Green Salsa

- Thin Sliced Green Bell Pepper
- Thin Sliced Red Bell Pepper
- Thin Sliced Yellow Bell Pepper
- Thin Sliced Orange Bell Pepper
- 2 LG Thin Sliced White Onions
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Garlic Olive Oil [to fry]
