- 7-8 chilli garlic potato bites grilled

- 1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato puree
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander
- 1 tsp oil
- as per taste Salt
- pinch Asafoetida
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 4-5 green chillies chopped finely
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp or as per taste red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- as needed Mint leaves chopped to garnish
- 1/2 tomato to garnish
Steps to make Hariyali Bharta
- Add oil to a pan and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, onion, garlic and ginger.
- Sauté for 4-5 mins until onion are golden brown. Add beans, peas and salt. After few mins add capsicum and grilled patties and potato bites.
- Sauté for a few mins and add tomato purée. Add rest of the spices and green chilli. Sauté again for a few min till purée is absorbed.
- Add garam masala and chat masala and mix evenly.
- Garnish with mint coriander and tomato. Serve hot with parantha or rotis.
